• Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Expo • Integrate mobile frontends with existing APIs and backend services • Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure solutions align with business objectives • Drive technical planning, analysis, and execution across development work • Support the team through code reviews and knowledge sharing, raising engineering quality • Collaborate on delivering scalable, maintainable, and observable enterprise solutions • Serve as the primary contact for technical topics within the project

• Work closely with UX & UI design, marketing, engineering and outside consultants on project goals and requirements. • Create user flows, wireframes, design-to-code prototypes, and final front-end code. • Identify, implement and manage best practices to streamline and maintain distributor web and mobile applications along with websites. • Present technical information to all level of staff and senior leadership as needed. • Lead development, troubleshooting and ideation to create and support our digital presence. • Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support). • Produce fully functional mobile and Web based applications. • Work closely with Salesforce admin team on building web forms, integrations, and QA testing. • Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions. • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance. • Design interfaces to improve user experience. • Liaise with Marketing / Sales teams to plan new features. • Ensure new and legacy Web and Mobile applications meet quality standards. • Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols.
