• Administer and maintain accurate vendor and contract records within the eGRC platform, including intake, documentation, lifecycle milestones, and ongoing data quality monitoring. • Coordinate the full contract lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, amendments, expirations, and terminations, ensuring timely notifications and proper documentation routing. • Manage new vendor onboarding. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract requests, vendor documentation, and contract-related inquiries. • Support new vendor onboarding by assisting business units with New Vendor Analysis requirements, documentation collection, and status tracking. • Maintain organized electronic contract files to support audits, regulatory exams, reporting, and record retention requirements. • Monitor data quality and completeness within contract records and escalate discrepancies or issues as needed. • Manage accurate vendor details for prospective and current vendors. • Assist the Third Party Risk Management Program Manager with regulatory, audit, and exam-related requests, including letters, reports, and project documentation. • Coordinate vendor off boarding activities, including termination notifications, data destruction confirmations, and documentation retention, in accordance with policy. • Collaborate with finance teams to align contract terms with budgetary goals and cost structures. • Assist with the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, negotiation guidance, and best practices, in alignment with organizational risk appetite. • Comply with all federal regulations as they pertain to your job duties including Bank Secrecy Act.
