Role Description The Data Administrator/Engineer is responsible for the design, administration, optimization, and engineering of enterprise database systems that support clinical, operational, and analytical functions across the organization. This role blends traditional DBA responsibilities with modern data engineering practices, including pipeline development, data modeling, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with healthcare data environments, particularly Epic Clarity—along with strong SQL development, data warehousing, and data integration expertise. The Data Administrator/Engineer will collaborate closely with reporting, analytics, application, and infrastructure teams to ensure data integrity, performance, availability, and scalability across the enterprise; and other duties as assigned.
