• Pull reports and data from organizational dashboards to provide to auditors. • Track productivity metrics to ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLA): Help monitor fill goals have been entered. • Assist w/ & ensure teams are forecasting appropriately. • Communication of progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics to Service Delivery leaders and team members. • Create and send weekly communication to Client Services Leaders ensuring adherence to different organizational deliverables and initiatives. • Provide other administrative support to Commercial Operations and client services leaders as needed. • Training & Content Localization - Adapt global training materials and communications. • Deliver localized training programs. • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to encourage the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations supporting process, training, documentation and technology within a global team.
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise Application Tracking Systems
- Experience in a reporting or auditing (or related) experience, preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Eightfold preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, formulate and execute individualized plans for client success concurrently.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Advanced Excel knowledge preferred 2+ years.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience required.
- English (written and verbal) is mandatory with Spanish preferable.
