• Lead the Accounting department, including Accounts Payable and Payroll • Oversee all aspects of accounting policies and methods, GAAP compliance, audit success and monthly reporting • Report directly to the CFO and serve as a vital member of the leadership team • Manage all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, reserves and/or allowances, payables, payroll, financial reporting, and board reporting in tandem with FP&A and Finance Analytics • Analyze company's financial results with respect to costs, vendor management and spend, profitability, trend reporting, and the integrity of accruals • Lead the team toward a routine, timely and accurate month end close process • Research technical accounting issues for compliance • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls • Oversee all aspects of annual audit success • Provide data and analysis for ad hoc requests from business partners • Develop and lead team of accounting and finance professionals

• Internal Tasks: Company and Departmental team meetings, Internal email and Slack correspondence, Skill development reading, Daily task planning, Task-by-task time tracking • Senior Trust Accounting functions: Training the team on new or complex processes, Monitor team performance metrics alongside the Trust Department Manager • Process: Understand new functions, define the process and train the team • Client relationships: Lead new client onboardings, foster client communication protocols, manage client expectations • Financials: Review and ownership of financial statements, Accounting functions including bank reconciliation and payment processing • Administrative Expectations: Own and manage any needed adjustments in process or process improvement, create/implement plans to keep numbers within budget

• Deliver the ProfitCoach Experience through quality assurance reviews, client relationship and account management • Review and ownership of financial statements, including reconciliation review and reports • Management of client relationships, including setting and maintaining expectations • Lead and participate in new client onboardings and client meetings • Create spreadsheet and other ad hoc tools as needed for efficiency • Ensure timely completion of all assigned client tasks • Monitor team performance metrics alongside the Trust Department Manager • Function as “first in line” to understand new functions, define the process and train the team
