Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an executive assistant, or in administrative support roles.

About the role Assist in various administrative tasks related to our Remote Service Operations. This includes but it not limited to work orders, parts requisitions, claim filing, and general office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations for the team. What you'll do • Generate new work orders based on service needs, ensuring all required information is accurately entered into the system, including creating digital hard cards. • Generate parts requisitions for new work orders, ensuring clear communication with the parts team and confirming parts are pulled for technicians in a timely manner. • Monitor our digital communication system (Modern) daily for completed tasks by technicians, ensuring all relevant documentation is present for claims filing. • Finalize and close work orders after confirming all tasks are completed and necessary documentation is submitted. • Submit, track, and follow up on warranty claims for services or materials, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. • Organize and maintain physical records related to work orders, claims, and other administrative tasks. • Monitor, prioritize, and respond to daily emails to ensure smooth communication within the team and with external contacts. • Assist the Remote Service Operations Manager with tasks such as generating spreadsheets and conducting data analysis as required.
