Role Description VaynerSports Apprenticeship is a 6-month immersive learning and work experience for rising professionals looking to launch their careers in the sports industry. This paid program is designed for recent grads or post-internship candidates ready to deepen their exposure to agency life while contributing meaningfully to the work that powers our clients. (Winter/Summer or Summer/Winter terms available) Duties and Responsibilities - Owns independent workstreams while supporting departmental initiatives across the agency (e.g., Football, Baseball, Marketing, NIL, Creative, Operations, etc.) - Contributes to client servicing, research & development, campaign execution, brand strategy, and analytics. - Collaborates with internal teams and external partners, vendors and talent. - Participates in team meetings, project planning, reporting, and execution. - Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree completed or in final semester of completion. - Strong communication skills – written and verbal. - Ability to thrive in fast-moving, team-oriented environments. - Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic creative tools. Requirements - Apprentices are paid hourly or via stipend, depending on the department. - Must be available for the full 6-month duration. - This is a fixed-term position: Winter/Summer (Jan-June) / Summer/Winter (July-Dec).
