• Gather requirements from clinical care areas (nursing, physicians, clinical reception) • Configure Tasy clinical modules (electronic medical record, outpatient, inpatient, etc.) • Map and optimize patient journey workflows • Support testing and validation/acceptance of enhancements • Provide functional support (Level 2/Level 3) • Train key users and support system adoption • Document workflows, rules, and processes • Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Experience with Tasy EMR (functional/clinical focus)
  • Experience in a hospital or clinical environment
  • Knowledge of clinical care processes (outpatient care, inpatient care, medical records)
  • Experience gathering requirements
  • Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience implementing clinical care modules
  • Familiarity with clinical protocols and hospital workflows
  • Basic understanding of clinical/healthcare indicators
  • Experience training users
