Responsibilities - Agile Facilitation & Execution - Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring the team stays aligned and motivated. - Define and communicate the Sprint Goal clearly to ensure the team understands the "why" behind every cycle. - Act as the primary "unblocker," addressing functional queries and clarifying requirements for the engineering team during the active sprint. - Occasionally lead product demos for stakeholders to showcase the value delivered in each increment. - Requirements Engineering & Quality - Elaborate detailed User Stories, translating business needs into technical requirements that are ready for development. - Ownership of Acceptance Criteria (ACs): Define clear, testable ACs for every story and bug. - Functional Testing: Perform hands-on testing of completed stories and bug fixes to ensure they meet the defined ACs before they reach the user. - Backlog Management: Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog, ensuring that upcoming stories are refined and "Ready" for the next sprint. - Stakeholder & Team Collaboration - Work side-by-side with Engineering and UX/Design to refine solutions and remove friction. - Serve as the bridge between the client's business needs and the technical execution team. Qualifications - 5+ Years of Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role within B2B SaaS or high-compliance industries. - Deep hands-on experience facilitating Scrum events and managing high-volume backlogs in Jira or similar tools. - Exceptional ability to write granular User Stories and technical specs that require minimal "re-translation" for developers. - Proven experience in manual functional testing and validating Acceptance Criteria. - Professional Working Proficiency in English, with the ability to clarify complex logic to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for financial, statistical and operational projects; present detailed analysis of A/R performance and other financial reports and related outcomes/trends; researches and validates clinical data used to support medical necessity of billed services, conducts quality assurance reviews of various billing components, technical requirements, supporting processes, systems and required documentation; reviews outcomes with wide array of people (i.e., Practice/clinical Directors, Practice/clinical Managers, senior leadership, Coding Manager, hospital case management, managed care contracting and RCC management) and influences adjustments to current facilities, practices.
