POSITION OVERVIEW As a Talent Acquisition / P&C intern, this temporary position will support the People & Culture team in various Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions while working collaboratively in a supportive, innovative environment. You will assist with sourcing, candidate scheduling, general interview processes, and HR related projects. This role is ideal for someone interested in Recruiting and Human Resources. This is a part-time internship – up to 20 hours per week for the summer of 2026. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Assist with recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. - Support candidate tracking and recruiting documentation. - Help maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination. - Assist with internal HR initiatives, programs, onboarding, and training coordination. - Participate in and support diversity committee initiatives and various culture-focused projects and programs that promote DEIB, employee well-being, and engagement. - Assist with various HR projects, initiatives, onboarding activities, and training programs as needed. - Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH - A High School Diploma and pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. - A strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. - Proactive and collaborative with a strong willingness to learn and contribute. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools - A strong commitment to company mission and values. - The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Ability to respectfully share and accept feedback willingly from all levels of the organization. The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest salary range we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
