Both of these offerings will welcome a new type of community member into our world: Super Age athletes, people who are training and competing using our methodology, protocols, and objectives. As the Athlete Experience Lead at Super Age, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the journeys of our athletes participating in our immersive IRL event – the Super Age Games – and our digital community training platform, The Standard. Your responsibility will be to ensure that every athlete feels valued, supported, and empowered as they engage with our brand, extending their healthspan through engagement without content and offerings, and enhancing their overall experience. You will be both a partner to, and advocate for, our athletes as we design programming and offerings for them. This role requires a dedicated individual with a passion for athletics and longevity, an innate stance of hospitality and service mindset, and a love of experience design to help develop offerings that inspire and retain our athletes. The Standard: Engagement & Development - Objectives: 1) Own user communication and product tweaks to get our intended user behavior on our training platform, the Standard; 2) Inform product development roadmap based on user behavior. - Execution: Collaborate with our entire team to make sure our users are getting the value of the platform, and drive discussions and roadmapping about how we build out the platform to drive maximum value to our community. 3. Community Building - Goal: Foster a strong community among our athletes that encourages support, friendship, and collaboration. - Execution: Organize social events, create community forums, and facilitate group activities. Maintain engagement through newsletters, our consumer platform, and social media interactions.
