As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will lead high-volume recruitment efforts by developing and executing targeted strategies to source, attract, and hire top talent in a fast-paced environment. Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. Role Description Your primary responsibility will be to secure projects for our H1B consultants by leveraging Tier 1 contacts and various web portals, including Dice, TechFetch, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
