Role Description The Entry Level Representative is responsible for placing outbound calls to verify phone number information and accurately recording call results. This is a structured, dialer-based role with minimal interaction required beyond delivering a standard message when applicable. Key Responsibilities - Place outbound calls using phone numbers provided through internal systems - Identify and record whether phone numbers are valid, invalid, or unreachable - Deliver a standard voicemail message when required - Accurately document all call outcomes in the system - Meet established productivity and quality expectations Schedule & Hours - Part-time: 24 hours per week - Work schedules are assigned based on business needs within the following timeframes: - Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (EST) - One weekday evening shift (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST) - Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (EST) Work Environment - This is a remote position - Must provide your own computer or laptop with: - Camera and microphone - Headset - Reliable internet connection - Dual monitors are recommended for efficiency - Strong attention to detail - Reliable attendance and punctuality - Structured, performance-based role with defined workflows Compensation & Training - $12.00 per hour - Paid training provided Equal Opportunity Employer RTR Financial Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Support multiple facilities’ admissions functions within a given region in an effort to promptly assist clients and their family’s seeking treatment. - Review prospective admissions against approved admission criteria, policies, and procedures. - Initiate contact to gather required clinical and demographic data from patient and other sources. - Respond promptly to inquiry calls. - Schedule assessments. - Assist prospective patients and significant others in seeking treatment. - Refer inquiries to other agencies and community resources when not appropriate for facility assistance or admission. - Coordinate with referral sources. - Responsible for maintaining all the documentation involved with the admissions process.
