Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience in learning projects. - Advanced proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia). - Experience with Vyond or equivalents for animation. - Strong skills in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint. - Ability to coach and mentor others. - Knowledge of instructional design best practices and methodologies. - A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement. - Ability to apply cognitive science principles to enhance learning outcomes. - Experience in selecting and aligning training delivery options effectively. - Strong work ethic with a mindset of accountability.
