Clinical Training Manager – Virtual Care
Sprinter Health
• Build and launch a scalable clinical training program tailored for in-person and virtual clinicians. • Design engaging, evidence-based training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules. • Implement processes for competency assessments, skills validation, and continuing education. • Identify and leverage learning management systems (LMS) or training tools to house content, track progress, and measure outcomes. • Partner closely with clinical leadership, operations, compliance and People to align training with organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in clinical training, education, or a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor’s degree required, and preferred if in Nursing, Healthcare Education, or related clinical field.
- Active clinical licensure (RN, NP, or similar) is required
- Ability to collaborate across teams and drive initiatives independently.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), content development tools, and virtual training platforms.

Start Date - July 2026 The Teacher is a highly qualified, state certified educator responsible for delivering specific course content in an online environment.
