The Role We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Client Solutions Advisor to drive customer success and product adoption within repair facilities and dealerships. If you’re passionate about helping businesses improve efficiency and performance – especially in the collision and dealership space – we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: As a Client Solutions Advisor, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our customers. Your mission? Help them achieve their business goals by making the most of our solutions. You will do this through: - Proactive client engagement: Provide regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers. - Training and onboarding: Deliver product education and drive adoption of new tools and updates. - Territory growth: Identify new opportunities and support add-on product sales to boost revenue. - Field expertise: Guide customers through best practices for using CCC’s electronic parts procurement solution. - Data driven coaching: Use performance reporting to support customer success stories and improvements. - Collaboration: Work cross functionally with sales and implementation teams to maximize value in your territory. Requirements: - College Degree Preferred - 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus) - Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred - Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills - Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools - Willingness to travel extensively (50 – 75% overnight) - Location: New Orleans or Baton Rouge.
