Selector
• Develop high-quality technical assets including deep-dive white papers, reference architectures, technical blogs, and detailed "how-to" guides. • Build, maintain, and script world-class demo environments. • Conduct hands-on lab testing of competing products to create "Why Selector" technical battlecards. • Build and record a library of snackable technical tutorials designed to reduce time-to-value for new users. • Utilize modern AI coding tools (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Replit) to rapidly prototype custom front-end dashboards and visualization layers. • Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies, industry trends (e.g., AIOps, Network Automation, SASE, SD-WAN), and competitor products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Proficiency with Cursor or similar AI-augmented IDEs to accelerate the creation of React, Vue, or Tailwind-based front-end demos.
- Familiarity with video capture and editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Loom, Descript, or Adobe Premiere).
- Networking & Ops Core: You must speak the language of the persona—BGP, gNMI, Flow data, and OpenConfig should be second nature.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role is Hybrid out of either our NYC or Shelton, CT office Position Summary The Senior Marketing Specialist will be an integral member of the Grooming business, responsible for supporting strategies that fuel brand love and sales growth. This role will be responsible for supporting the Brand team in development and implementation of strategic and tactical consumer-marketing activities. Primary responsibilities will include Sample Coordination, PO Management, Innovation Mod Tracking, Product Mockups & managing all ecomm/retail imagery. This position requires consistent cross-functional collaboration with brand strategy and innovation teammates, creative & production services, sales, finance, and safety/regulatory. The ideal candidate will embody an entrepreneurial approach to support the team in continuing to disrupt the grooming category. Accountabilities: - Responsible for all PO management across the Grooming Business and supporting team in monthly budget reconciliation with finance. - Ownership of all Sample Coordination to facilitate: Product Testing, Efficacy/Claims Testing & any Customer Sales Samples to support product development and ultimately retailer sell-in. - Responsible for Sales x NPD Mock-ups for Retail Customer Meetings and POG Rooms. - Partner with Sales Operations, Customer Development and Brand Strategy to complete information needed for Playbook and Add/Delete Tools - Partner with Sr. Category Manager and D&A team for any necessary product coding that cannot be absorbed by Circana. - Support creation of any POS needs for Sales Org by submitting briefs & Tracking cost within budget. - Oversee Digital Asset Management (DAM) content in partnership with eStudios & brand team. Own all partnering with Brand and Ecomm Teams to ensure all product imagery is uploaded and copy is accurate across channels and platforms. - Support Innovation Team with any coordination needed across Contract Manufacturers.
