JOB PURPOSE: The Part-Time Project Manager – SOP Development & Management, is responsible for coordinating, developing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related policy documentation across the organization. This role partners closely with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure SOPs are current, well-governed, and accessible through the organization’s policy management platform. The position emphasizes project coordination, document lifecycle management, and consistency with regulatory and internal standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: § Lead and manage SOP development and revision projects from intake through approval and publication. § Coordinate with subject matter experts to draft, update, and standardize SOPs and related documentation. § Maintain SOP version control, review schedules, approval workflows, and archival processes. § Administer and manage SOPs within the organization’s online policy management system (e.g., PolicyTech by Navex). § Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. § Develop and maintain SOP templates, naming conventions, and formatting standards. § Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal assessments by ensuring SOP accuracy and availability. § Prepare status updates and reports related to SOP development progress and compliance initiatives. § Identify opportunities to improve SOP governance, documentation quality, and workflow efficiency. § Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission. § Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations. § Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: § Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. § Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management, SOP development, documentation management, or a related field. § Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple concurrent initiatives. § Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, concise SOPs. § Experience working with document management systems or online policy/SOP platforms. § Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities. § Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment while meeting deadlines. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: § Experience in compliance, healthcare, regulated industries, or risk management environments. § Hands-on experience with PolicyTech (Navex) or similar policy and procedure management systems. § Familiarity with audit, regulatory, or accreditation requirements. § Project management certification or formal training (PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar). § Experience supporting SOP lifecycle governance and documentation frameworks.
