School Onboarding Specialist

• You will ensure school organizations don’t just sign up for Clever, but fully adopt and integrate it into their daily workflows, overcoming technical and conceptual objections along the way. • You’ll collaborate closely with school leaders, application partners, and internal cross-functional teams to align on business goals and advocate for the customer’s needs. • Success means managing a high-volume pipeline effectively, using data to drive quick implementation, and achieving high adoption rates across your assigned districts. • You’ll lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for new school organizations, delivering an exceptional customer experience while developing scalable strategies to educate customers
Job Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer success, or similar roles with a focus on educating customers and securing "buy-in."
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and drive projects toward a specific timeline.
- Strong communication skills, with comfort helping customers over phone, Zoom, and email.
- A data-oriented mindset with the ability to use metrics to drive results at scale.
- Ability to work 40 hours a week for a 6-month duration

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to lead our customers through their most critical milestones within their Field Nation journey, transitioning them from contract signed to successful power user.
