Job Description

Senior Full Stack Engineer

MLabs LTD

Role Description As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, the successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of features and products across the entire stack—from user interfaces to robust backend infrastructure. This role requires an engineer with strong product taste, a bias toward MVP thinking, and the ability to navigate complex backend systems and API designs with equal proficiency. This is a remote-first position. Candidates must be able to maintain a majority overlap with US Eastern Time (ET) business hours. - End-to-End Development: Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of features across the full stack (TypeScript, React, Node.js, and REST APIs). - Product Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, operations, and finance teams to gather requirements, prototype rapidly, and ship production-ready code. - Infrastructure Management: Maintain and scale reliable backend systems using Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana. - External Integration: Collaborate directly with external partners and customers on technical integrations and iterative feature development. - Quality & Standards: Uphold high standards for clean code, automated testing, and comprehensive API documentation. - System Ownership: Manage the entire lifecycle of a feature, from the initial prototype through launch, monitoring, and future iterations. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional fullstack development experience. - 3+ years of expertise in TypeScript/Node.js and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred). - Fluency with relational databases and SQL. - Proven track record of shipping production systems with high uptime and low maintenance burdens. - Deep understanding of API design, versioning, and modern authentication patterns. - Excellent communication skills with experience in remote, asynchronous environments. - A strong "MVP mindset"—the ability to scope milestones, learn from deployments, and iterate quickly. Requirements - Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments. - Background in designing and operating event-driven architectures. - Technical expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana. - Hands-on experience in the blockchain/crypto space (e.g., on-chain libraries, blockchain infrastructure, or node software like Geth or Solana validators). - Experience building customer-facing financial tools or products. Benefits - The opportunity to build foundational infrastructure for the future of global finance. - Engagement with a high-performance, ego-free team of mission-driven builders. - A culture that values clear thinking, extreme ownership, and high-velocity decision-making. - Competitive compensation and the ability to work remotely within supported time zones.
