• Provide expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management systems and operations to enhance our clients’ efficiency and maximize their revenue • Assess, implement, modify, and optimize revenue cycle management systems, technologies, financial operations and processes to enhance revenue cycle performance • Build and modify systems to comply with healthcare regulations, coding guidelines, and billing standards • Guide healthcare clients in using technology to achieve their unique goals • Collaborate with clinical, IT, and administrative leaders to ensure alignment of revenue cycle goals and system capabilities • Streamline workflows and automate manual processes using EHR and revenue cycle management tools • Lead or support the implementation and optimization of revenue cycle technologies or modules • Serve as a subject matter expert during go-lives and provide post-implementation support.

About the role As a Staff Backend Software Engineer on our Consumer Verticals Card Team, you will be working to provide our builders with an equitable credit card experience, one that caters to their specific needs and will continue to grow with them on their credit-building journey. Most of your time will be spent on writing clean and effective code which you will manage from inception through deployment. You will collaborate directly with our Lead Engineers, Architecture, and Product Manager and work alongside our amazing team of Professional Engineers.
