• Architect and evolve systems that operate real-world infrastructure across both product development and client-facing deployments • Review and guide code across engineers at all experience levels • Pair with engineers to solve complex implementation challenges • Support client engagements alongside the engineering team when technical tradeoffs matter and help translate requirements into durable solutions • Decide when to build, when to adapt, and when to say no • Incorporate data, analytics, and ML where it improves reliability and operations • Translate business needs into technical approaches engineers respect • Help grow engineers into senior and staff-level decision makers while ensuring solutions work in both product and client delivery environments • This is a hands-on engineering role. • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality software applications using React JS and .NET technologies • Work with clients to understand their requirements and develop software solutions that meet their needs • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices • Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and technical expertise as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers to ensure project success • Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure high quality software deliver • Troubleshoot and debug software issues as needed • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development • Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency

• Play a critical hands-on role in building the AI-powered intelligence layer of the Pearl platform • Design and implement Applied AI features, including RAG pipelines, Agentic workflows, and LLM integrations • Develop high-performance data pipelines, APIs, and microservices that process healthcare data at scale • Execute Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations of new AI technologies • Build responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks • Ensure observability, monitoring, and operational excellence for AI-powered services • Drive architectural decisions and system optimizations for AI features • Mentor and upskill fellow engineers on Applied AI best practices • Own and deliver complex technical projects with autonomy and accountability
