Job Summary: SmithRx is looking for an Implementation Support Specialist to join the company’s Customer Success team to support all core Implementation functions ensuring the high quality of the SmithRx product. As an Implementation Specialist you will support the Implementation Team Members during the overall implementation plan and project phase. What you will do: - Responsible for being the main point of contact for TPA (an external client) for new group implementations - Responsible for gathering the TPA requirements which include but are not limited to points of contacts, due dates, account structures, group numbers, invoicing, ID cards, eligibility files, etc. - Ensure all requirements are documented in the standard project templates and tools - Assist the Implementation Manager and/or Implementation Analysts with project tasks throughout the new group implementation lifecycle - Maintain a detailed project plan and an open items log for project monitoring purposes - Manage day to day coordination and task managements for a pod of Implementation Managers and/or Implementation Specialists to maintain workplace productivity - Conduct administrative tasks supporting data entry of new group implementations within the applicable systems - Build client profile utilizing CRM tool - Act as a liaison between the internal contracting team and the Implementation Team - Act as a liaison between the internal invoicing team and the Implementation Team - Provide go live support to the Implementation Managers, Implementation Analysts and the TPA - Participate in post go live discussion to improve identified performance opportunities - Participate in the new group implementation lifecycle - Participate in internal and external client meetings - Ability to organize high volume tasks and meet the appropriate deadline(s) or project milestones - Provide attention to detail on all project requirements to ensure the client’s needs are met - Ability to be a self-starter and take initiatives What you will bring to SmithRx: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred - Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred - Experience coordinating complex tasks across multiple projects and clients - Experience in a customer service role - Corporate experience preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office required - Proficiency in the Google platform/apps preferred - Proficiency using Salesforce - Strong communication skills via face-to-face meetings, conference calls and written correspondence - Strong team orientation and desire to succeed - Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond under the pressure of a fast-paced technology company - Ability to work with tight deadlines and solve for near term deliverables - Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with grace, efficiency, and ownership What SmithRx Offers You: - Highly competitive wellness benefits including Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, and Life and AD&D Insurance - 3 Weeks Paid Time Off - Paid Company Holidays - Paid Parental Leave Benefits - Flexible Spending Benefits - 401(k) Retirement Savings Program - Short-Term and Long-Term Disability - Wellness Benefits - Commuter Benefits - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Well-stocked Kitchen In Office Locations - Professional Development and Training Opportunities

Overview Support the sales and operations team with the implementation of Retail Technologies, primarily focused on ESLs. Assist with establishing and/or refining implementation standards, processes, documentation, tools, and metrics for project management in support of various projects, using existing partner resources as a foundation. Responsible for configuration of solution per specs defined in the Project Manager’s requirements documentation, post implementation customer support request, and staging of hardware to be sent to customers. You will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in building the Electronic Shelf Label market. Support implementation of ESL Deployment managing critical project outcomes: on time, on budget, and with full customer satisfaction. This will require an entrepreneurial mindset along with the ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles. There will be opportunities to step outside the boundaries to learn and build additional skills in sales, project management, marketing, and business development. Responsibilities - Support the sales and operations team with the implementation of Retail Technologies, primarily focused on Electronic Shelf Labels. - Responsible for configuration of the IOT Platform specs defined in the requirements documentation to achieve the integration of the cloud-based software set-up and template design. - Manage equipment shipment fulfillment and customer billing. - Concurrently manage customer interactions for multiple accounts including ongoing communication and weekly status meetings - Provide remote and on-site assistance and consultative services to customers in preparation for software and hardware installations (includes “train the trainer” support). - Support customers after going live + 30 days to ensure Aperion’s Service Level Agreements are met. Expectation would be the ability to provide Level 1 support. Advanced support can be escalated through project managers and through partners as required. - Designated on-going point of contact for the customer. Provide post implementation account management/customer care after sign-off. - These activities are critical to the success of meeting the on-time and on-budget standards for Aperion. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Project Management or Business Administration or equivalent preferred - 1-3 years of relevant support or configuration experience (strongly preferred) in key accounts and a proficiency with Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel) - Strong Technical Acumen - Basic understanding of coding (JavaScript preferred), Desirable: Graphic Design abilities. - Experience with full-scaled technology deployment and support in food retailing or other related industries. - Must have the ability to travel up to 25%-35% (based on business need) - Highly motivated and eager to learn; ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong computer and critical thinking skills. - Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and skilled in managing priorities and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team setting. - Enthusiastic problem solver willing to think outside the box.
