• Leads the planning and execution of Outside Plant (OSP) construction projects: tracking milestones, aligning timelines, and partnering with internal and external teams to deliver results. • Works closely with Lumos leaders and field crews, keeping projects on schedule and on budget while identifying ways to improve efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction. • Builds and maintains strong partnerships with Business Units and cross-functional Lumos teams to support operational and strategic goals. • Executes on priority initiatives identified by senior leadership, including densification efforts and new market entry approved by the Executive or Board level. • Oversees project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all functionality, lifecycle, and growth objectives are achieved. • Proactively identifies and mitigates risk across concurrent projects ensuring issues are addressed before they impact delivery. • Tracks project milestones, reports progress to stakeholders, and ensures clear alignment with business expectations. • Performs other duties as assigned, including cross-functional and departmental project support.

Role Description - Support the project manager and enterprise team across the full life cycle of pre-engineered steel building construction projects. - Assist in managing all aspects of construction, ensuring effective communication with owners, consultants, and sub-trades. - Coordinate on-site personnel, including superintendents and/or sub-trades. - Assist in overseeing project initiation, scheduling, and cost control. - Support the prioritization and promotion of safety while ensuring projects are executed on schedule and with high quality. - Help prepare progress invoices, manage change orders to the owner, and oversee purchase orders/change orders to sub-trades. - Assist in the closeout of projects efficiently and thoroughly. Qualifications - 2+ years’ project coordinator experience in commercial and/or industrial construction. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong coordination and organizational skills. - Proficient in computer software, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. • Manage environmental compliance programs for multiple clients, with a focus on AST, APSA, and Hazardous Waste Generator permitting, training, inspection, and regulatory compliance. • Oversee hazardous waste generator compliance activities in accordance with California and federal regulations. • Lead and grow the AST Compliance service line, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continued revenue performance. • Serve as a primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. • Prepare and manage technical proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for compliance projects. • Coordinate with subcontractors and internal technical teams to ensure successful project execution. • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance goals. • Conduct or oversee facility inspections, regulatory reporting, and compliance documentation. • Provide technical guidance and regulatory interpretation related to ASTs, hazardous waste generator requirements, and related environmental compliance programs. • Support collaboration with staff across multiple divisions to deliver integrated environmental services. • 10% - 20% field work performing inspections, AST replacement oversight, SPCC inspections, and related activities.
