You will perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Perform computations. Typically, it works on semi-routine assignments. As a Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 you will ensure inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team. You will work remotely and report to a leader in the Failed Claims department. Decisions are typically focused on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follow standard policies that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.
