Role Description As a Product Manager, you will lead a product team focused on solving complex challenges in global workforce enablement. You’ll work across engineering, design, data, and business functions to develop and execute solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and growth. You will be responsible for ensuring that innovation aligns with real customer needs, business goals, and regulatory considerations, with a focus on delivering impact within a 3-6 month horizon. Key Responsibilities - Product Strategy & Execution - Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Safeguard Global’s mission and growth strategy. - Prioritize and execute product initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility, focusing on delivering measurable outcomes within 3-6 months. - Balance short-term execution with continuous value delivery. - Product Discovery & Problem-Solving - Use qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer pain points and opportunities. - Apply various discovery techniques to deeply understand the problem space before defining solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions effectively address user needs. - Run quick iterative experiments to understand what will have the biggest impact before investing in building the solution. - Stakeholder Management & Communication - Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment. - Use storytelling and data-driven insights to influence decision-making across the organization. - Clearly articulate the value of product enhancements to internal teams and customers. - Go-to-Market & Adoption - Work with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product launches and adoption. - Define success metrics and KPIs to track product performance and optimize continuously. - Alongside your engineering counterpart, be responsible for the delivery of the value aligned to your product or feature. Qualifications - 5+ years in product management, ideally working with Analytics, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, etc. - Strong communicator at all levels of the organization – from presenting to exec succinctly to preparing a storyboard on vision for the team. - Analytical – being able to analyze and use data to drive decision-making. - Discovery – skilled in using a variety of techniques to both understand problem space and experiment with solutions. - Commercially aware, with an ability to analyze different product decisions and articulate how they impact revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. - Ability to manage complexity, comfortable working in undefined problem spaces, figuring out the right problems to solve. - Strong collaboration skills, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business teams.
