Role Description As a Product Manager, you will lead a product team focused on solving complex challenges in global workforce enablement. Key Responsibilities - Product Strategy & Execution - Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Safeguard Global’s mission and growth strategy. - Prioritize and execute product initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility, focusing on delivering measurable outcomes within 3-6 months. - Balance short-term execution with continuous value delivery. - Product Discovery & Problem-Solving - Use qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer pain points and opportunities. - Apply various discovery techniques to deeply understand the problem space before defining solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions effectively address user needs. - Run quick iterative experiments to understand what will have the biggest impact before investing in building the solution. - Stakeholder Management & Communication - Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment. - Use storytelling and data-driven insights to influence decision-making across the organization. - Clearly articulate the value of product enhancements to internal teams and customers. - Go-to-Market & Adoption - Work with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product launches and adoption. - Define success metrics and KPIs to track product performance and optimize continuously. - Alongside your engineering counterpart, be responsible for the delivery of the value aligned to your product or feature.
