• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects (to include refining the initial brief and asking the ‘right questions’, working through potential hypotheses and storyboarding the output) • Use and analyze data from multiple large-scale data warehouses and present statistically strong analysis to a wide range of business stakeholders. • Proactively identify opportunities for growth within supply and the wider business. • Drive new analytical initiatives and projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency and shaping Agoda supply. • Identify, support, and lead projects aimed at scaling up the way the Supply organization leverages on data, insights, and intelligence. • Automate manual operational processes and present back on time savings gained through modernization of business operations

• Perform a wide range of complex managed care analytical and operational functions • Perform office procedures in support of managers • Responsible for managed care financial analysis • Assist with contract negotiation processes as needed • Make recommendations to the Managed Care negotiators regarding terms of the contract • Act as liaison between contract management system administrators, Revenue Cycle, and Managed Care negotiators for resolution and feedback of related items • Work with managed care payors to resolve claims and related issues in order to enhance managed care contract performance

• Establishes methodology for problems which do not appear to be susceptible to treatment by generally accepted methods; • Reviews and evaluates incoming intelligence reports and information, collection plans, and programs; • Develops and projects data, draws conclusions, and estimates probabilities based upon knowledge of current and past intelligence situations; • Provides specialized intelligence and threat analysis and production support; • Accesses and performs research on designated automated intelligence databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest to the customer; • Provides intelligence and threat analysis tailored to the customer's requirements; • Develops information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations and other designated products; • Presents briefings to personnel designated by the customer.

• Support ad-hoc analyses together within dept and in collaboration with other global RHI Magnesita departments as needed • Handle special tasks assigned as needed such as collaboration on business plans or supporting non-standard sales opportunities • Interact with NAM Engineering & Quotation team colleagues to share information, exchange ideas and advance the entire team's competency • Can manage multiple commercial offers simultaneously, able to allocate work hours to meet existing deadlines, will communicate with different areas of RHI Magnesita organization to gather information necessary to complete commercial offers.
