Quality Engineer – Hardware QM
Enpal
• Assessment and qualification of new hardware components such as PV modules, mounting structures, etc. • Conducting technical risk analyses and integration tests • Planning and overseeing comprehensive functional and quality tests of new hardware • Integration of new hardware into installation and assembly processes • Designing and optimizing the approval/qualification process for new suppliers and products • Continuous improvement of installation standards in the DC domain
Job Requirements
- Completed technical degree, e.g., in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in quality management or hardware integration
- Solid knowledge of risk analysis, supplier qualification, and process development
- Familiarity with relevant regulations for DC installations, e.g., common VDE standards, the Eurocode, and roofing trade regulations
- Experience working with external test laboratories as well as with validation and certification processes
- Ability to prepare complex technical content clearly and present it confidently
- Structured, proactive, and team-oriented working style, with strong communication skills and a high level of quality awareness
