Job Description

Intermediate Product Manager

Introhive

• You’re responsible for the entire product lifecycle from ideation to sunset for key persona-based workflows. • Problem identification - working directly with our customers and GTM teams, you’ll identify key areas of investment, building the business cases and roadmaps that deliver real value and outcomes. • Vision and Roadmapping - build long-term directions for those investments, based on hypotheses, data, and market insights. • Prioritization and execution - balancing competing initiatives based on use needs and business outcomes, defining the work plans that optimize outcomes and working directly with the development team to deliver. • Delivery - work across the sales, support, and marketing teams to ensure outcomes are realized through communication, education, release management, and post-release monitoring. • Life-Cycle Management - after release, you’ll remain responsible for the overall investment and roadmap, focusing on adoption, maintenance, additional functionality requirements, and sunsetting if required.

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to tackling challenges.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to translate insights into clear product strategies.
  • Customer-centric mindset with an ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Design.
  • A bias to action - with a demonstrable iterative approach that accelerates understanding and mitigates risk.
  • A demonstrable ability to prioritize and say “no” to the things that don’t align or don’t matter.

The Lead Product Strategist is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Senior Director, Product Strategy and Management – Member Data.
