Senior Odoo Developer

• Design and develop custom Odoo modules to support critical business processes. • Extend and adapt Odoo's standard modules to meet specific product and operations requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Operations) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. • Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices within the team. • Provide technical mentorship to other developers, enhancing code quality and solution architecture. • Propose technical improvements, architecture optimizations, and performance enhancements. • Develop and implement integrations between Odoo and other systems (internal or external). • Ensure code quality and maintainability through testing, technical documentation, and regular reviews.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing in Odoo with a solid understanding of its architecture.
- Strong experience in Python (4+ years as a backend or full-stack developer).
- Experience developing custom Odoo modules, including inheritance and extension of base modules.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and data modeling.
- Experience working with Odoo.sh or on-premise deployments.
- Knowledge of Odoo's ORM, XML views, actions, and security.
- Experience integrating systems via REST APIs, XML-RPC, or JSON-RPC.
- Practical knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience developing or implementing enterprise software or ERP systems (ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, etc.).
