Decision Resources

• Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP (SyteLine, Factory Track and Infor OS) for our existing and new clients • Perform upgrades from older versions of SyteLine to SyteLine V10 for both on premise and cloud clients • Install, configure and maintain SyteLine ERP software and add on applications for existing and new clients, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards • Execute software upgrade procedures to migrate from older versions of SyteLine and Factory Track to the current versions both on premise and in the Infor multi-tenant cloud • Install Microsoft SQL Server • Perform post provisioning in the cloud and coordinate db transfer activities with the Infor cloud team • Setup and configure users, printers and devices on SyteLine and Factory Track • Train and provide ongoing support to clients for system administration, configuration, best practices and technical issue resolution • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with applications and systems • Assist with performing backups and configuration of db refreshes on premise • Complete SQL performance tuning and optimization

• Lead Developer/Systems Analyst and liaison between customer stakeholders and Decision Resources • Gather, analyze & document business requirements • Define & develop information solutions • Perform quality assurance planning & testing • Assist users with user acceptance testing (UAT) • Run training sessions & workshops on product & system processes • Provide post-production support • Follow a Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Decision365 & DecisionExcelerator (Syteline) • Electronic Data Interchange [EDI], Ecommerce, and Optical Character Recognition [OCR] customer transaction support • General user issues

• The project manager is responsible for taking the lead on planning, managing, controlling, and closing our ERP implementation and upgrade projects. • The PM is accountable for driving the project to a successful outcome that achieves the project's stated goals, scope, within the budget and timeline. • The PM is an active participant in building the project schedule, planning activities, monitoring project progress, documenting, and driving issues to resolution, and performing project reporting. • The PM must create a positive and engaging environment for the project team. • Work with customers and others within DRI to confirm scope, goals/objectives, and business justification. • Coordinate with DRI professional services leadership to schedule consulting and development resources for engagements. • Provide support to clients by responding to incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, in a timely manner. • Ensure successful delivery of projects through proactive planning, scheduling, and monitoring planned and reactive work activities.

• Observe and participate in the full Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC), including design, implementation, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Gather and document technical business requirements for the software development and design of new systems. • Create enhancements, add-ons, and reports for CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP. • Support and maintain systems and applications, implement fixes, and perform system upgrades. • Collaborate with other team members on the design and implementation of projects. • Test modifications and documents all programming tasks and procedures. • Interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service and support.

• Deliver project tasks in a timely manner and within client's budget • Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients • Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements • Understanding of manufacturing business processes and devising methods to implement them within Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine • Completes any additional assignments as requested by management

• Provide consulting, training, support, and subject matter expertise for ERP software. • Determine work requirements associated with new implementations and post implementation projects. • Deliver project tasks in a timely manner and within the client's budget. • Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients. • Provide pre-go live consulting and go-live support to fulfill project plan objectives. • Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements. • Understanding of manufacturing business processes and devising methods to implement them within Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine ERP software. • Provide end user training and business procedure documentation in one-on-one and group settings. • Build ongoing relationships with clients and become their trusted advisor. • Ability to recognize and notify management of any issues affecting the client business relationship. • Learn DRI and third-party products alongside Infor CloudSuite Industrial. • Completes any additional assignments as requested by management.
