• Create visually impressive PowerPoint presentations for CEO talks, webinars, and internal meetings • Design flyers, posters, and social media graphics based on provided concepts or sample images • Edit photos, create reels, and produce short promotional videos using provided media • Prepare daily marketing materials and publish content on the CEO’s social media pages • Assist the CEO during webinars and ensure creative assets are ready before each event • Attend team meetings, calls, and video conferences regularly • Deliver an End of Day Report every workday

Job Requirements

  • Background in graphic design, content creation, social media management, or a similar creative role
  • Strong creative eye with the ability to follow brand guidelines and match the CEO’s preferred design style
  • Proficiency in Canva and other editing tools
  • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
