Event Marketing Manager
Emerald
• Support Connecting Point Marketing Group (CPMG) in the development and project management of marketing materials and event deliverables for 15+ annual events • Works closely with VP of Sales and Marketing, other marketing counterparts, and management to manage marketing deliverables • Oversee event collateral sales and recruiting kits; inspire new ideas/creativity in these deliverables • Assist with email campaigns utilizing Hubspot and Saleforce.com • Cultivate and integrate new ideas and campaigns that align with both sales and recruiting goals • Project management of 15+ event directories (print/digital) with marketing project coordinator and creative team • Experience developing inbound and outbound marketing content that resonates with event target audiences • Development and deployment of event surveys as well as tabulating/reporting results post event • Assist with social media presence across all 15+ event pages (LinkedIn) and 1 corporate Instagram page • Manage post event resources at the conclusion of each event (photo, videos, and other content) • Serve as key point of contact to outside marketing vendors (agencies, printers, videographers, and photographers) • Manage and track all assigned event deliverable projects • Other marketing projects as determined
Job Requirements
- Relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B events
- Exceptional project management, planning, prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills with a strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communicator, able to interact professionally with all levels of staff, both internal and external, especially mid to senior management
- Ability to meet project deadlines and perform under pressure
- Proactive self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision and thrives in a very fast-paced/collaborative environment
- Experience managing social media platforms and content tools a plus
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation platforms
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems a plus, but not required
- Highly motivated team player with a great attitude
- Proven experience creating and deploying email marketing campaigns
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Adobe Creative Suite experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, Acrobat Pro) preferred
- Knowledge of WordPress or other web-based CMS platforms a plus
- 10-15% travel required in support of events

Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Management Consultant to support a global technology company in executing high-impact internal events beginning March 30th, 2026. Timeline: We’re aiming for a start date of March 30th, 2026, and the role will be a three-month engagement with the possibility of extension based on performance and budget. Work Location Flexibility: This role is primarily remote, though travel will be required to support onsite event execution. The ideal consultant will be comfortable with occasional travel as part of their engagement. As an Events Project Management Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following: - Event Management: Responsible for general event management, including maintaining a shared Teams collaboration site and all associated event documentation. This includes: - Workback schedules - Event SharePoint - Registration links - Onsite contact lists - On-site event plans - OneNote meeting notes - Production schedules - Event recap reports - Vendor Payment Coordination: Manage event budgets by location using Excel tracking.
