Project Manager – Launch Excellence
Beghou Consulting
• Client Delivery - Join engagements at the close of the assessment phase to establish launch readiness governance, including cadence design, reporting structures, and cross-functional accountability frameworks - Lead the ongoing launch PMO operations for clients, including launch readiness scorecards, integrated brand team governance, milestone tracking, and risk and issue management - Serve as a senior day-to-day client contact, managing relationships across commercial, medical, market access, and operations functions - Supervise and develop Project Managers and Analysts executing on the launch plan • Practice Building - Continue building out Beghou's Launch PMO toolkit, including templates, reporting frameworks, governance models, and launch readiness assessment criteria - Partner with internal PMO leadership to define shared standards and document where launch-specific requirements diverge - Synthesize learnings across client engagements to establish and maintain best practices for the practice - Support the Partner leading Launch Excellence on solution design, scoping, and proposal development for new engagements
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, pharma/biotech commercial operations, or program management in a launch context
- Demonstrated experience standing up PMO structures and governance frameworks, ideally in a first-time launch or pre-commercial environment
- Strong client presence and comfort presenting to director through C-suite stakeholders
- Experience managing and developing junior team members
- Familiarity with launch readiness frameworks, cross-functional launch planning, and commercial operations in emerging biopharma

Position Summary Ogletree’s Knowledge and Innovation department has an opportunity for an experienced Manager to join its Solutions team. The primary role of the Solutions Manager is to maintain and enhance the firm’s intranet and related knowledge platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of attorneys and staff, incorporate the latest features and innovations, and provide a seamless user experience.
