Job Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience with at least 3 years in a Creative Director or senior creative leadership role
- A portfolio that specifically showcases keynote and large-scale event presentations
- Experience working onsite at live events in a creative leadership capacity, with the ability to own the room when things go sideways during production
- Expert-level PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) proficiency, with working knowledge of Keynote, Google Slides, and Figma
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring designers, motion designers and other creatives across levels, including giving direct, actionable feedback that actually improves the work
- Cross-functional collaboration experience, specifically partnering with strategy and account leads

Responsibilities include: - Leading visual creatives - Ensuring work products are useful, beautiful, and on-brief - Collaborating closely with cross-functional disciplines within AG - Representing Article Group to clients - Owning accountability for creative decisions - Maintaining a pulse on emerging design trends in the event space - Enhancing design methodologies, processes, and output As a design leader, you will: - Be a trusted resource for designers around the agency - Help with challenges around ideation - Raise their craft - Apply fit and finish - Bring great work with coherent reasoning back to their teams As a craftsperson, you will bring your design skills to: - Make and elevate work for clients and the AG brand Your background skews towards keynote and presentation design, art direction, and visual storytelling.
