• Prepare technical architecture and design documents; • Manage the Databricks environment; • Manage cloud components on AWS, Azure, and GCP; • Develop solutions using Java, Python, Spark, and Scala; • Configure networking components in hybrid environments; • Define best practices for relational and non-relational data storage; • Implement improvements to Data Lake and Data Warehouse environments; • Implement and manage SQL and NoSQL databases; • Define and develop DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes solutions; • Discuss and determine the best approaches for system integrations; • Support the creation of data governance processes; • Discuss the best solutions to support the company’s self-service BI strategy.

• Lead recruitment and selection strategy; • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes; • Understand internal teams' needs and propose solutions to optimize recruitment processes while keeping the company's values and culture in mind; • Support the management of team performance metrics.

• Define, maintain and evolve the brand's visual guidelines; • Ensure aesthetic consistency across all touchpoints; • Guide and oversee the work of the design team; • Structure workflows and organize graphic production; • Serve as a technical and creative reference for the team; • Participate in the execution of assets when necessary ("hands-on"); • Review and approve visual materials, ensuring quality and alignment with the brand.

• Develop and maintain features and build medium- to high-complexity frontend components using React + TypeScript; • Develop and maintain REST APIs, following quality, security, and performance standards; • Write and maintain unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of deliveries; • Participate in code reviews, evaluating other developers' work and receiving feedback on your own implementations; • Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other engineering team members to deliver business-aligned solutions focused on generating value.
