• Lead Complex Deal Strategy: Operate as the quarterback for complex, multi-threaded opportunities involving numerous stakeholders and decision makers. • Develop clear win strategies, champion maps, and executive alignment plans. • Navigate procurement, legal, security, and compliance processes typical within large healthcare organizations. • Maintain disciplined deal execution through structured opportunity planning and internal collaboration. • Elevate Discovery and Value Diagnosis: Conduct high-quality discovery that surfaces operational challenges across the revenue cycle. • Diagnose workflow inefficiencies, patient billing friction, and revenue leakage that impact healthcare organizations. • Translate these insights into compelling ROI and operational improvement narratives that resonate with executive buyers. • Position Collectly as a strategic partner in improving the patient billing experience while helping healthcare organizations collect what they are owed. • Build and Maintain Strategic Pipeline: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of strategic opportunities through targeted outbound activity and account planning. • Partner with Sales Development and Marketing to penetrate priority healthcare systems. • Build multi-threaded engagement across clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders within targeted accounts. • Maintain disciplined opportunity management and accurate forecasting. • Operate with Precision and Accountability: Maintain strong command of pipeline health, opportunity progression, and close plans. • Use data to evaluate deal momentum and identify risks early. • Collaborate closely with leadership to continuously refine strategic sales motion and execution. • Operate with a high degree of ownership over both individual performance and team success.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS experience selling revenue cycle management technology or solutions within healthcare.
- Demonstrated success closing 6-7 figure contracts in multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Proven ability to navigate complex healthcare buying processes including finance, IT, compliance, and procurement.
- Strong enterprise sales methodology experience (MEDDPICC, Challenger, GAP selling, or similar).
- Consistency in meeting or exceeding quota in strategic or enterprise sales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex opportunities from discovery through close.

In this role, you will be selling into a territory in Everpure's Michigan region with a focus on mid-market accounts. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Directly sell through an inside, direct marketing environment to deliver sales targets and consistently achieve quota - Drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basis - Develop channel relationships that will bring the sales and technical resources to each opportunity and lead to closed deals - Prospect into and penetrate new accounts, reaching decision-makers and closing business - Develop and present proposals to prospective customers with information that demonstrates the ability of the Everpure solution to meet customers’ business objectives and justify the sale - Manage pipeline with a keen focus on conversion success and delivering an accurate forecast WHAT YOU BRING - Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business in a B2B technology sales environment - Experience working in or understanding sales channel selling models - A desire to work the bookends of the sale, from prospecting to closing, with a demonstrated achievement in winning net new logos - Recognized achievement in building business relationships, solving complex problems for customers, and building a book of business - Completion of business value selling (BVS) training or other relevant B2B sales training systems - A desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
