Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field
  • 5-8+ years of experience in clinical operations or enterprise project management
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy
