Strategic Partner Channel Representative
BCC Software
• Responsible for managing, expanding, and optimizing the BCC Software Partner Channel by attracting new clients and growing existing accounts • Own and orchestrate opportunities throughout the full sales cycle to drive successful outcomes that maximize revenue and profitability • Ensure a unified, partner-centric approach, support the development of key dealers/partners, and advance upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Identify and develop potential new clients by maintaining relationships with partners to ensure they are educated on our products allowing them to identify potential new customers • Actively drive new business and sales through partners • Manage existing partners while building and maintaining relationships with key personnel • Responsible for retention of current partner customers • Coordinate with other departments (Sales Engineering, etc.) to provide proof of concept or product demo for new sales or upsell/cross-sell opportunities • Ensure partners are proficient in explaining solutions by identifying needs and providing training and consultative services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Minimum of two years' experience building and developing successful direct or indirect programs that exceed revenue goals
- Proven sales experience
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in partner development
- Proven ability to articulate and maximize solution value for partners, prospects, and customers, driving customer satisfaction and increasing the value of BCC Software solutions.
