• Perform configuration and build within assigned athenaIDX modules • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and test environments • Develop and maintain documentation for system changes, workflows, and configurations • Support optimization initiatives by providing subject matter expertise • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.

• Translate complex topics into accessible, easy-to-understand formats for our customers • Engage directly with customers, provide consultation, and implement customer requirements • Create dashboards, reports, and workflows • Contribute ideas to the further development of our software • Integrate, validate, and optimize data • Collaborate with the team on standard solutions for the healthcare market

• Support Cerner Patient Accounting / Revenue Cycle workflows • Navigate Cerner data model (tables, backend data flow) • Perform bulk charge and pricing updates via CSV and scripts • Write CCL queries and update statements to fix and extract data • Build and manage: Claim rules (Claim Manager) • Work queues (Profit Business Manager) • Custom tokens and routing logic • Trace data across registration → charges → claims • Partner with patient access teams to ensure accurate upstream data capture • Troubleshoot charge issues across clinical workflows (radiology vs. lab) • Execute end-to-end testing, including workflows in PowerChart

• Perform advanced data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the revenue cycle for areas such as claim denials, payment delays, and revenue leakage. • Utilize a variety of analytical methods, tools, models, and techniques, including but not limited to Epic dashboards, reporting workbench, SlicerDicer, SQL, Clarity, and Caboodle. • Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership/department delegates to identify key areas of focus and develop data-driven strategies to improve financial outcomes.
