ISO 7101 Auditor – Healthcare, Veterinary Assurance

• Conduct first-, second-, and third-party audits against ISO 7101, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 • Evaluate governance, leadership, risk management, clinical processes, quality systems, and environmental controls • Prepare comprehensive audit reports with clear, risk-based, and actionable findings • Lead opening and closing meetings with executive stakeholders • Present audit findings to hospital boards, CEOs, CMOs, Veterinary Directors, and senior administrators • Translate technical standards requirements into strategic business language • Facilitate constructive executive-level discussions on risk, compliance, and continuous improvement • Identify systemic gaps and performance improvement opportunities beyond minimum compliance • Provide strategic recommendations grounded in healthcare, veterinary, quality, and environmental management best practices • Collaborate with commercial and client management teams to support client retention and growth • Represent the organization at healthcare and veterinary industry events

Job Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in healthcare or veterinary hospital environments, or management systems auditing within healthcare
  • Demonstrated auditing experience in ISO 7101, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 (Lead Auditor qualification preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of integrated management systems and auditing principles aligned with ISO 19011
  • Experience presenting findings to senior leadership and executive teams
  • Background as a Veterinarian (DVM), healthcare executive, hospital administrator, or senior clinical leader is highly valued
