Equifax
• optimize the customer experience and coordinate post-sales implementation • collaborate with customers to ensure they are realizing expected value from Equifax solutions • drive adoption and retention through customer success activities • communicate the value of our data and solutions • examine customer data utilization and identify gaps • provide knowledge transfer through training on Equifax products and services • identify growth opportunities and assist in upsell during renewal process • assess customer health by monitoring solution usage • troubleshoot technical issues for clients • develop and deliver performance reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in a B2B customer success, account management, or other client-facing role with large, Enterprise clients, preferable financial institutions
- Experience working cross-functionally with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
- Experience keeping clients engaged and increasing product usage, while building customer loyalty
- Exceptional communication skills to foster positive business relationships
- Willingness to travel ~20%
