Senior UI Designer
WDG
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and our cross-functional teams to craft clean, intuitive interfaces • Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs • Present your ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients, iterating based on shared feedback • Work within and contribute to design systems, knowing when to innovate and when to stay consistent • Stay on top of design trends and tools, continuously evolving your skills and our processes • Partner with developers to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UI design experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or consultancy
- Expertise with Figma
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles
- Attention to detail in layout, typography, and color
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with motion graphics and Webflow is a major plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and self-direct your own workflow
- Comfort working within a design system — and confidence knowing when and how to evolve it
