Risepoint
• Structure strategic projects for key products, marketing, strategy, revenue, and enrollment services functions • Execute end-to-end data analytics projects by 1) pulling/cleaning data, 2) extracting key insights, 3) communicating hypotheses to senior stakeholders, and 4) impacting our organization’s overall marketing strategies & operations functions • Design and create analytical tools, strategic initiatives, and processes that boost our organization’s ability to deliver insights both internally to senior leadership and externally to our university partners • Brainstorm and launch new projects to proactively detect KPIs and inform our university partners about strategic issues, performance, and operations • Form a deep understanding of Risepoint’s processes, systems/tools, personnel, strategic direction, and broader market ecosystem (university partners, marketing channels, contact center strategies and workflows) • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior Directors and VPs to communicate data insights and make data-informed decisions
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency and/or working experience in Databricks, SQL, Excel modeling, and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Applicants must be currently enrolled, active students in Fall 2026 to apply for this position
- Prior working experience using Databricks, SQL, Excel modeling, and data analysis to clean data, extract insights, and communicate takeaways to leadership
- Prior internship / co-op experience preferred

Role Description Twilio is seeking an Operations Specialist to join the team that runs Twilio’s phone number operations globally. This role will work directly with customers to help them port their phone numbers into Twilio, procure Sender IDs, and have access to phone numbers they require for their applications. The Product Operations Specialist is the first tier on the Level 1 team. Role Description The Member & Recipient Appeals Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the Trillium Medicaid and Non-Medicaid member appeals process, provider appeals, and claims appeals. This includes: - Providing support and information to members and providers seeking to appeal an adverse benefit determination. - Monitoring and maintaining accurate Appeals policies and procedures, member handbooks, and provider manuals based on legal requirements and Tailored Plan requirements. - Maintaining/reporting Medicaid and non-Medicaid member appeal statistics. On a typical day, you might: - Coordinate and manage Trillium’s Medicaid and Non-Medicaid Member Appeal Processes. - Ensure notification letters are updated and sent to the member/guardian and provider accurately and timely based on the most current formats and timelines as established by State and Federal regulations and contractual and accreditation standards. - Track appeal requests and set up internal appeals panels, when needed. - Continue tracking and facilitating Trillium involvement in Appeals process through resolution. - Aid general counsel and external contracted legal representatives in preparation for Trillium-specific Appeals related cases. - Assist in completion of data reports. Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in Behavioral/Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse services; OR - Associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience in Behavioral/Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse services; OR - Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in Behavioral/Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse services; OR - Equivalent combination of education/experience. - Must have a valid driver’s license. - Must reside within North Carolina. - Must be able to travel within catchment as required. - Degree in a Human Services field (preferred). - Experience in the public mental health field is highly desired due to the complexity of the work of the organization (preferred).
