DocMe360 is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Product Manager role will provide product leadership and strategic direction for a cross-functional team supporting the Department of Veteran Affairs. They will be leading a highly agile, small cross-functional team responsible for delivering rapid development across multiple workstreams and products. The role requires the ability to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and effectively context switch in a dynamic environment. In addition, the Product Manager is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while partnering with key stakeholders, clinicians, and end users to deliver high-value capabilities. The Product Manager ensures that product investments are aligned to mission objectives, user needs, and measurable outcomes while maintaining transparency, accountability, and continuous value delivery. The Department of Veteran Affairs requires this candidate to be a U.S. citizen residing in the continental United States. Responsibilities - Product Strategy & Vision - Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to program mission and end user needs - Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on value, impact, and feasibility - Establish and track product success metrics and outcomes - Conduct user research and stakeholder discovery to inform product direction - Backlog & Prioritization Management - Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with client needs - Translate product strategy into well-defined features, epics, and user stories - Balance new feature development with technical debt, compliance, and operational needs - Coordinate with client leadership to make trade-off decisions based on impact and risk - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with engineering, UX/UI, data, operations, and stakeholder teams to deliver product capabilities - Lead agile and scrum ceremonies (planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives) to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment to outcomes - Ensure development efforts align with defined product goals and acceptance criteria - Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Advocacy - Serve as the voice of the user and customer - Engage key stakeholders to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and refine priorities - Communicate product progress, roadmap updates, and outcome metrics to leadership - Product Performance & Continuous Improvement - Monitor product performance and usage metrics - Identify opportunities to enhance usability, adoption, and business impact - Iterate based on data, stakeholder feedback, and evolving mission needs DocMe360 Values - Delivery – Deliver all efforts through a culture of honesty, transparency, unwavering integrity, and professional growth - Optimism – Optimize and invest in professional growth, empowerment, and well-being - Collaboration – Collaborate for impact; foster teamwork and shared expertise to achieve success - Motivation – Motivate from within to naturally inspire and energize clients with passion and purpose - Exploration – Explore opportunities for innovative technologies and trends that align with our mission and foster the highest quality of products and services
Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications
- Education and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles
- Experience defining and delivering digital products or enterprise software solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Product & Technical Knowledge
- Ability to define the product vision and develop corresponding success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) and use data to drive decision-making
- Experience developing product roadmaps and managing product backlogs
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum)
- Working knowledge of modern system architectures, including APIs, microservices, and cloud-based platforms
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management practices
- Experience working with government clients or in regulated environments
- Significant experience with common product delivery and collaboration tools, including GitHub, Mural, Slack, and the Microsoft Office tool suite
- Communication & Leadership Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate mission needs into clear product requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build alignment and drive decisions across stakeholders without formal authority
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Preferred Qualifications

Benefits
