The OpenX Strategic Partnerships team manages all strategic relationships across the OpenX Ad Exchange. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring our customer’s success and satisfaction with our products and contributing to their long-term loyalty. Reporting to the Account Director Strategic Partnerships, the Account Manager will work closely with the Strategic Partnerships team to ensure that OpenX is delivering overall superior service to our strategic partners. OpenX is looking for a highly motivated, result-focused individual interested in developing and supporting strategic partners in North America, EMEA and APAC regions. This includes working with the Strategic Partnerships team in their day-to-day responsibilities in both pre- & post-sales client relations and monitoring key accounts / business metrics. The Sr Account Manager will also interface directly with internal OpenX teams (Finance, Support, Marketplace Quality, Buyer Development, Supply) to resolve partner requests. Responsibilities - Work closely with a team of Account Directors/Managers to grow relationships with strategic partners who leverage OpenX products - Lead the on-boarding process for new partners; have strong knowledge of OpenX offerings and process to help expedite the onboarding process - Support the growth of established partners around all key areas (reporting, deal creation, troubleshooting, discrepancy, support) and lead cross-functional efforts to identify and solve any issues - Build on demand or quarterly and annual business reviews including data pulls, analysis, and building PowerPoint decks - Work with internal teams to maintain and update relevant documentation on OpenX offering for our strategic partners - Identify issues and maintain/update partner training materials - Perform project-based work as needed Required Skills & Qualifications - 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital advertising operations, publisher monetization and yield management, and digital advertising technology sales or services. - Strong relationship management skills and operational experience in leading multiple cross-functional teams to achieve a business objective. - Strong operational knowledge of online advertising industry, advertiser campaign objectives, and RTB / programmatic ecosystems. - Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently; ability to consistently set and meet deadlines. - Self-starter with attention to detail who thrives on innovation and driving ideas forward – Effective problem solver. - Results / Performance driven and able to identify and execute on new business opportunities or new process efficiencies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills – Ability to discuss complex technology in a simple way. - Ability to interact effectively with all levels within partner’s businesses as well as within OpenX. - Strong analytical thinker with good business acumen. - High proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel. - Excellent communication and presentation skills – Ability to discuss complex technology in a simple way.
