• Drive 2-3 projects in the active stage from start to finish and deliver value to our customers. • Define project requirements and deliverables, plan and manage their execution, monitoring and adjustments. • Interpretation of business requirements to the technical team and vice versa. Estimating development efforts. • Participating in customer calls and providing a project update to the customer. • Organizing and keeping up-to-date Project boards. Documenting tasks: timeline, user stories and developer's tasks incl. detailed Acceptance Criteria. • Coordinating the development teams including QA and designers. • Testing the system before the releases. • Taking full responsibility and ownership for project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them • Helping with onboarding newcomers and mentoring Junior PMs.

What You’ll Do - Contribute to preparing project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. - Organize and maintain project boards to keep tasks visible and updated. - Track project progress to ensure all deadlines are met, escalating issues when necessary. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project schedules. - Participate in daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment and address blockers. - Collaborate with senior team members to balance trade-offs between scope, schedule, and quality. - Test the system or product features before releases to confirm they meet acceptance criteria and quality standards. - Serve as a communication link between the development team and the Product Manager or Senior Project Manager. - Ensure stakeholders receive timely updates and clarity on project progress, scope changes, and potential delays. - Work with senior PMs and the development team to estimate effort and resource requirements. - Communicating with and supporting Senior Project Manager

• Lead national and international Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects • Take overall responsibility for project scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks • Plan, manage and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams • Ensure transparent communication between clients, the project team and management • Carry out requirements analyses and align solution designs with business units and technical teams • Run and facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users and end users, and support presales activities
