Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote About Us At Treetop ABA, we are dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with developmental needs. Our highly skilled clinicians provide care in a nurturing environment, offering telehealth services, in-clinic programs, and in-home services across multiple states. With this reach, Treetop has established itself as a leader in ABA therapy. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time BCBA LBA in the State of Georgia who is passionate about making a difference and ready to work in a remote role. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing meaningful clinical oversight and client care. As a BCBA with Treetop ABA, you will: - Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans - Conduct assessments and use data analysis to track progress - Provide supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians - Partner with families and professionals to ensure cohesive care - Maintain accurate documentation and reports - Stay current with ABA research and best practices
Job Requirements
- Qualifications
- Active GA LBA required
- Georgia residency preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a BCBA preferred
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with diverse client populations is a plus
