• The Senior Director, FP&A is an enterprise-level finance leader with full strategic ownership of financial planning, revenue and margin analysis, and cross-functional business partnership across HealthEdge's SaaS and BPaaS lines of business. • Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this role is accountable not only for delivering financial insight but for shaping the strategic direction of the finance function and influencing how the organization allocates capital, manages performance, and drives growth. • Drives continuous improvement across covered business lines, including gaps in processes, tools, and team capabilities and leading initiatives to close them in alignment with the broader finance strategy. • Own the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for all covered functions, including Product Development, SaaS, and BPaaS.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive FP&A or finance business partnering experience, with at least 5 years in a people leadership role managing a team of two or more direct reports.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Product, SaaS, or BPaaS organizations with a clear understanding of the financial and operational differences between these business models.
- Background in a SaaS, technology, or software company strongly preferred; experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
- Proven track record of operating as a strategic business partner to senior and C-suite executives, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Demonstrated experience leading finance transformation, including systems implementations, process redesign, or operating model change.
- Experience leading or supporting organizational change management initiatives — including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking.
- Experience supporting M&A due diligence and post-merger financial integration preferred.
