Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Schedule and assign qualified interpreters and translators based on client needs and availability. - Support resource management, including screening and interviewing language professionals. - Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates, follow-ups, and issue resolution. - Maintain and update resource databases, ensuring accuracy of qualifications and availability. - Support daily operations and contribute to process improvements. - Support the coordination and scheduling of translation, interpretation, and localization activities across multiple projects. - Assist in managing language services workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all contract deliverables. - Liaise with clients, internal teams, to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and address language-related inquiries. - Monitor progress of language services assignments, track deliverables, and report on performance against quality, timeliness, and compliance standards. - Communicate with clients and ensure they utilization of contract, maintain steady relationships and meet on client sites. - Invoicing and working with billing to invoice clients. - Assist in preparing regular reports, presentations, and briefings for contract management and client stakeholders. - Cultivate strong relationships with our existing clients while also driving new revenue growth. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions. - Other duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications – Here’s What You Need - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum three (3) years of program or project management experience, with at least three (2) years in overseeing language services in a government contracting environment. - Experience supporting client relationships and identifying client needs (light business development exposure). - Proficiency in CRMs, Translation Project Management and Interpreter Scheduling tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
